Sportsbooks Handicapper Featured in Movie
Sportsbooks fans everywhere recognize the name Brandon Lang, as one of the key figures in the history of sports gambling. Lang has recently teamed up with sportsbooks giant Bodog, in efforts to incorporate the sportsbooks site presence on Lang’s website. In addition, Bodog has sponsored the premiere of a motion picture called “Two for the Money”, which tells the story of Brandon Lang. The movie chronicles Lang’s rise to fame, staring Al Pacino and Matthew McConaughey who portrays the character of Lang. The movie opened last Friday, October 7th.
The movie follows the story of Lang who was a star quarterback in college, who suffers an injury that forces him to quite the game football in favor of sportsbooks handicapping. As it turned out, Lang made quite a career for himself by picking the winners. Lang eventually gets recruited by one of the biggest sportsbooks handicappers in the sports gambling business called Walter Abraham (played by Al Pacino), who offers him a position in his sports consulting firm in Manhattan.
