Online Gambling Experts Say Reggie Likely to Declare
The Heisman trophy has been the subject of speculations at online gambling sites throughout the internet. Noble also added, “The opportunity to be the first overall pick in the NFL draft comes along once in a lifetime, and with two national championships and a Heisman already on his resume, there's no real reason why Reggie Bush shouldn't declare for the NFL draft”.
